The activity is run by staff members with different roles and responsibilities (hereafter called "facilitators"). A training program is provided for the staff members at each site before the launch, for the smooth implementation.
Facilitator Leader (FL): 1 person (20-25 participants)
The FL manages the preparation, implementation and the deliverables of an activity.
Facilitator (F): 3-4 person (20-25 participants)
Facilitators help in site preparation and assist in smooth implementation of an activity with children. They are to create an enjoyable environment for participants.
Technical Leader (TL): 1 person (20-25 participants)
The TL sets up the Internet environment, manages and maintains digital devices and data including uploading children's work to PangaeaNet. They are responsible for facility preparations and giving directions to technical staff members.
Technical Staff (TS): 1 person (20-25 participants)
TS's are the facilitators who provide technical support when children use PC's during an activity. They assist the TL in recording, data storage and setting up the environment.
Supervisor
Is responsible for the overall supervision of the operation when an activity is participated in by a large number of people or at the time of the event.
